Vivien is responsible for providing HR leadership and strategic direction to Edison Energy to drive performance, talent management, and optimize organizational design. Development and successful delivery of all HR life cycle and service responsibilities are also her responsibilities in support of the business objectives. Vivien also provides guidance and partnership to both management and employees to ensure compliance and consistency of applicable HR laws, policies and practices. This is a key position to propel Edison Energy’s core values and mission to develop a first in class company culture.
Vivien has over 20 years of HR leadership and compliance consulting experience servicing start-ups to a variety of Fortune 500 companies in both the private and public sectors. Most recently, she served as a Senior HR Leader at Westport Properties where she was recognized for designing a thriving recruitment strategy to run the company’s first ever Applicant Tracking system (“ATS”) and cloud-based HRIS Benefits system to successfully manage the onboarding platform for over 500+ positions within the company.
Vivien earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Sciences from the University of California, Irvine. Most recently, she completed her Juris Doctor degree from Trinity Law School with an emphasis in business litigation, employment and labor law.
