Director, Human Resources

As Director of Human Resources I’m responsible for providing HR leadership and strategic direction to Edison Energy to drive performance, talent management, and optimize organizational design. Additionally, I oversee development and successful delivery of all HR life cycles and service responsibilities. This is a key position to propel Edison Energy’s core values and mission to develop a first in class company culture.

I have over 20 years of HR leadership and compliance consulting experience servicing start-ups to a variety of Fortune 500 companies in both the private and public sectors.  Most recently, I served as a Senior HR Leader at Westport Properties where I was recognized for designing a thriving recruitment strategy to run the company’s first ever Applicant Tracking system (“ATS”) and cloud-based HRIS Benefits system to successfully manage the onboarding platform for over 500+ positions within the company.

I’m based in our Newport Beach office.
