Edison Energy is proud to have advised Saint-Gobain on signing a 10-year renewable electricity supply agreement with TotalEnergies. Through the 200 MW PPA, Saint-Gobain will purchase solar power for its 145 industrial sites in North America, offsetting its North American CO2 emissions from electricity by 210,000 Metric Tons per year.
Congratulations to the Saint-Gobain team and Edison’s Sarah Royster, Ben Landry, Jun Wang, and Avery Hammond on this exciting agreement!
This is the second PPA signed in North America by Saint-Gobain, the first one being a wind project in Blooming Grove, Illinois. Edison is pleased to have helped Saint-Gobain significantly reduce its greenhouse gas emissions by consulting on the 120 MW vPPA with Blooming Grove Wind Farm. Read more about this project.
