Scope
We were hired to project manage a lighting retro-fit project for CB Richard Ellis’ client, Iron Mountain. The project scope included 67 record management and storage facilities totaling some 6,973,862 sq. ft. across the U.S. and Canada, and a total of 8,375 lighting fixtures. Our responsibilities included retro-fitting and installation of new energy-efficient fixtures and fixture controls, including timer and occupancy sensors.
