Ward Camp is the Chief Regulatory Affairs Officer of Edison Energy. He is responsible for leading Edison Energy’s regulatory and policy activities and advising our clients on Governmental and Regulatory matters.

Previously, he was VP, Regulatory and Governmental Affairs for Landis +Gyr Energy Management Solutions N.A and served in executive roles as part of the Senior Management of DCSI (now Aclara), USPowerSolutions and Avistar, a Public Service Company of New Mexico subsidiary. Camp has worked extensively with utilities and public utility commissions throughout the United States.

He was also past-Chair and board member of the Demand Response and Smart Grid coalition (DRSG). He has been a board member of the GridWise Alliance, the Association of Demand Response and Smart Grid, the Smart Meter Manufacturers Association of America and the Smart Grid Consumer Collaborative, as well as the Company representative on the Advanced Energy Economy’s Business Council.

Ward spent the first 17 years of his career as an attorney with a focus on energy and utilities.

Ward is responsible for leading Edison Energy’s regulatory and policy activities and advising our clients on Governmental and Regulatory matters.

Ward earned a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Oklahoma and a law degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.
